| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨鼻息肉病人循环白细胞介素-3（IL-3）的临床意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测66例鼻息肉患者（试验组）血清标本和22例正常人血清标本（时照组）中ID3的水平。结果：试验组和时照组的（IL-3）平均水平分别为106．89pg／ml和42．12pg／ml，两组问有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：IL-3的血清水平在试验组中明显高于时照组，它在鼻息肉发病机制中的作用有待进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | Objective:The aim of present study was to investigate clinical significance of circulating IL-3 in patients with nasal polyp. Methods: Using immunohistochemical methods detect the expressions of IL-3 in serum of 66 patients with nasal polyp (test group)and 22 normal people(control group). Results: In above two samples of serum,mean levels of IL-3 in test group and control group were 106.89pg/ml and 42.12pg/ml,respectively. There were significant differences between two groups about the expressions of IL-3(P<0.05). Conclusion:The expression of IL-3 in test group is higher than that of control group, it indicates that the effect of IL-3 in mechanism of nasal polyp is deserved for further explore. |
