| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨X线与CT对垂体腺瘤的诊断价值。方法：回顾分析经手术和病理证实的18例X线检查和24例CT扫描资料，并对同经X线和CT检查的17例进行对照分析。结果：本组25例中，X线阳性检出率为66．7％(12／18)，CT阳性检出率为95．7％(23／24)。同经X线和CT检查17例中，X线、CT的诊断符合率分别为64．7％(11／17)和94．1(16／17)二者联合应用经手术病理证实诊断符合率为100％。结论：X线检查根据肿瘤引起的蝶鞍骨质改变做诊断，而CT除可观察骨质改变外可直接显示肿瘤的大小、形态、内部结构及其发展方向，两者联合运用，必将提高本病的正确诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of the X ray and CT in diagnosis of pituitary adenoma.Methods:The analyzed 18 cases X ray and 24 cases CT scanning in sphenoid and the control analysis with 17 cases were made.Results:X ray positive rate is 66.7%(12/18), CT positive rate is 95.7%(23/24), The 17 cases by X ray and CT examinartios,Theire diagnostic rate is 64.7%(11/17) and 94.4%(16/17) separately,The combination diagnostic trate is 100% with pathology provement.Conclusion:The X ray diagnosis can be made by the change of sphenoid structure which caused by neoplasms.The CT examination can reveal the size,morphology,inner structure and the developing direction.The examination will improve the diagnosis rate of the disease with the combination of X ray and CT scanning. |
