| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺不张的原因及纤维支气管镜（纤支镜）的诊断和治疗价值。方法X线、CT诊断肺不张73例，经纤支镜观察、活检、刷检，支气管肺泡灌洗等进行诊断治疗。结果确诊为肺癌31例、急慢性炎症25例、结核14例、血块堵塞2例、纤支镜检查仍不能明确病因者1例，诊断率为98．6％；肿物堵塞管腔所致肺不张18例，治疗无效；其他原因经纤支镜下治疗后1周内复张44例（80．0％），部分复张10例（18．1％），总有效率98．1％。结论纤支镜对肺不张的诊断及治疗有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the causes of atelectasis and the fiberoptic bronchoscope(bronchoscopy)in the diagnosis and therapeutic value.Methods X ray,CT diagnosis of 73 cases of atelectasis by fiberoptic bronchoscope observation,biopsy,brush biopsy,bronchoalveolar lavage for diagnosis and treatment and so on.Results 31 of the 73 cases were diagnosed as lung cancer,acute and chronic inflammation in 25 cases,tuberculosis in 14 cases,blood clot in 2 cases,bronchoscopy is still not entirely clear etiology in 1 c... |
