艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤的临床观察

目的：观察艾迪注射液配合化疗药物治疗晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法：60例晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组。观察组32例,给予艾迪注射液加化疗药物治疗;对照组28例,单纯应用化疗药物。结果：观察组近期有效率为62.5%,高于对照组（42.9%）,两组比较,差异显著性（P〈0.05）;观察组比对照组生存质量有明显改善（P〈0.05）。观察组消化道症状、骨髓毒性、静脉炎等不良反应发生率明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：艾迪注射液联合化疗药物治疗晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤有明显的协同作用,艾迪注射液在降低化疗药物的毒副反应、提高胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量等方面均有显著的疗效。

Clinical Observation of the Therapeutic Result of Aidi Injection Combined Chemotherapy of Later Period Gastrointestinal Malignance

Objective:To observe the therapeutic result of Aidi injection(Ginseng,Huangqi,Ciwujia,Banmao,etc)cooperate with chemotherapy in curing later period gastrointestinal malignance.Methods:Sixty patients with later period gastrointestinal malignance were divided into two groups at random.The observaional group of thirty-two patients treated with Aidi injection and chemotherapy.The comparative group of twenty-eight patients treated with chemotherapy only.Results:In the observational group,tumor shrink and the near future effective percentage(62.5%)was higher than that in the comparative group(49.2%).The improvement of peptic symptom,toxicity of marrow and inflammation of vein were better than that in comparative group too.Conclusion:Aidi injection has obvious cooperative effect in cooperating with chemotherapy in the curing of later period gastrointestinal malignance.Aidi injection can reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy and improve the living condition of patients with later period gastrointestinal malignance.
