| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨成人肠套叠的螺旋CT征象及其临床应用价值.方法 回顾分析26例成人肠套叠的螺旋CT表现及其病理改变.结果 26例肠套叠患者的CT表现为:靶征11例、彗星尾征或肾形征9例、肿块样改变6例.26例成人肠套叠的病因分别为:原发癌15例,,转移瘤2例,淋巴瘤2例,息肉3例,阑尾炎4例.按套入部类型分为结-结套15例,回-结套6例,回-回套5例.结论 螺旋CT对肠套叠的表现有一定特征性,能很好地显示肠套叠的套入部,尤其增强对成人肠套叠的诊断、治疗有重要的指导作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the performance and clinical value of spiral CT in adult intussusceptions. Methods The spiral CT performance and pathology of 26 adult patients with intussusceptions were reviewed and analyzed. Results The performances of spiral CT in 26 adult patients with intussusceptions were target sign 11 cases, Comet tail sign or kidney shape sign 9 cases, the shape of mass 6 cases. The pathogen of 26 adult patients with intussusceptions were primary carcinoma 15 cases, metastic tumor 2 cases, lymphoma 2 cases , polyps 3 cases, appendicitis 4 cases. According to the part of intussusception they were divided into colon - colon intussusceptionl5 cases, ileum - colon intussusception 6 cases, ileum - ileum intussusception 5 cases. Conclusion Spiral CT have some significance for intussusceptions and can show the part of intussusception, especially the contrast CT scan. |
