| 摘 要： | 通过数据统计和比较研究的方法分析了我国高校教育技术中心建设现状,创造性地提出“以学科建设为龙头,完成两个转变,实现三大职能”的普通高校教育技术中心建设思路和“辅助教学型、直面教学型、科研与教学型”的三层次结构模型,对建设过程的四大关键要素进行了阐释并例举了五所院校的实践成果。

| Abstract: | By means of statistical and comparative study,the paper analyzes the present situation of educational technology centers at colleges and universities in China,and creatively puts forward the guideline for constructing educational technology centers,that is,"headed by disciplinary construction,completing two kinds of transformation and realizing three functions".It also advances a "three-level" model: "assisting teaching","teaching-oriented" and "combination of research and teaching".Then it elaborates on the four critical factors involved in the construction process and shows the practical experience of five universities as an example. |
