摘    要:脂肪酸以甘油三酯的形式存在于大豆油中,其组分含量的测定,需经甲酯化后用气相色谱法进行定量分析。本文提供的方法,优化了分析条件,操作简便省时,整个分析过程只需25min,结果准确,主要脂肪酸组分的回收率为(99.82±0.54)%。

Abstract:Fatty acid in soybean oil are derivatized at first,then the methyl esters are separated and their relative composition is determined by gas chromatography,Ten fatty acids in soybean oil can be identified and quantitated within 25 minutes using programmed temperature and rapid derivatization. It is a good method of analysis with simple procedure,time-saving and accurate results.
