| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍和评价金属烤瓷修复瓷崩裂后的临床修理方法。方法：采用光固化复合树脂、瓷贴面、金瓷覆盖冠等方法，修理了22例瓷崩裂的金属烤瓷修复体，观察了1－4年的临床效果。结果：11例树脂修复材料2年后脱落1例，4年后脱落2例；6例瓷贴面3年、4年各脱落1例；5例金瓷覆盖冠均完好。结论：根据金属烤瓷修复体瓷裂后的具体情况，选用不同的修理方法，可收到一定的临床效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To introduce and evaluate the clinical repairing of fractured porcelain fused to metal restoration.Methods:22 cases of fractured porcelain fused to metal restoration were repaired by using composite resin or porcelainveneer or metal-porcelain overlay crown. The clinical effects were followed up for 1~4 years. Results:1 case dropped after2 years and 2 cases dropped after 2 years in 11 cases resin material. 1 case dropped after 3 years and 1 case dropped after4 years in 6 cases porcelain veneer. 5 cases were all fine in metal-porcelain overlay crown. Conclusion: It can gets definiteeffect to choose different repairing methods according to the concrete conditions of fractured porcelain fused to metalrestoration. |
