受体酪氨酸蛋白激酶的研究

摘    要:酪氨酸蛋白激酶是细胞信号转导的主要信号酶之一,对细胞的生长、发育与功能调控起着重要的作用。受体型酪氨酸蛋白激酶是细胞内段具有酪氨酸激酶活性跨膜结构的酶蛋白受体,其胞外区与生长因子配体结合,然后激活胞内段的酶活性区启动信号转导,参与细胞的生长、增殖、转化及胚胎发育和肿瘤形成。主要介绍受体型酪氨酸蛋白激酶的结构、分类及其信号转导途径。
