| 摘 要： | 目的:观察益骨汤含药血清对大鼠成骨细胞BMP-mRNA表达的影响。方法:制备益骨汤含药血清,取不同浓度剂量来干预体外培养的成骨细胞中BMP-mRNA的相对表达量。结果:益骨汤含药血清能明显增加成骨细胞BMP-mRNA的表达量。结论:益骨汤含药血清能促进成骨细胞表达BMP的作用,从而提高对骨吸收环节抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of Yigutong drug-containing serum on osteopretegerin mRNA in rats'osteoblasts cultured in vitro.Methods:made the drug-containing serum of Yigutong,use different density dosage to interfere the cultured osteoblasts,than detected therelative expression value of osteoprotegerin mRNA in osteoblasts.Results:The Yigutangdrug.containing serum can increase the expression value of osteoprotegerin mRNA in osteoblast obviously.Conclusion:Yigutong drug-containing serum can promote the expression of osteoblasts,indicating that Yigutong plays a role in inhibiting the link of bone resorption by its influence on osteoblasts. |
