齐拉西酮与氯氮平治疗首发精神分裂症的对照研究

目的:评价齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法:将65例首发精神分裂症患者随机分为齐拉西酮组32例,氯氮平组33例。采用阳性与阴性症状量表、副反应量表评定于治疗前及治疗第2、4、6、8W末评定临床疗效与药物不良反应。结果:两组疗效差异无显著性(P(0.05)。齐拉西酮不良反应显著少于氯氮平(P<0.01)。结论:齐拉西酮是一种安全有效的抗精神病药。

A Comparative study between ziprasidone and clozapine in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia

Objective:To explore the curative effect and safety of ziprasidone in the treatment of first episode schizophrenic patients. Methods:65 first-episode schizophrenics were randomly divide into ziprasdone (n=32)and clozapine group(n=33),The clinical therapeatic effectiveness and side effects were assessed with the positive.and negative symptom scales (PANSS)and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)before treatment and at ends of the 2nd,4th,6thand 8th,week of treatment,respectively.Results: there was no significant difference in efficacy between two groups,ziprasidone had less effect than clozapine.Conclusions: ziprasidone is a safe effective antipsychotic drug.
