| 摘 要： | 直接用完整的伤寒杆菌包被微孔板以SPA-HRP代替第二抗体建立ELISA试验,检测伤寒杆菌H、O抗体。107名供血员O抗体(±SD)为79.9±53.8μg/ml,H抗体为130.1±117.3μg/ml,分别以≥250μg/ml和500μg/ml(+3SD)为阳性;16例伤寒病人O抗体含量为924.0±475.0μg/ml,H抗体含量为2332.9±1272.2μg/ml,阳性率100％。健康人与非伤寒病人仅H抗体有4％的阳性率,本法简便、特异、敏感性高。

DETERMINATION FOR ANTIBODY TO S.TYPHI O. H ANTIBODY BY SPA-ELISA |

| Abstract: | Entire cells of S.typhi were used as the coating antigen and SPA-HEP as the second antibody in the indirect ELISA for measurement of antibody to S.typhi O and H antigen.The O antibody and H antibody levels(x±SD)in 107 donors were 79.7±53.8 and 130.1±117.3ng/ml respectively.Positive cut-off points(x±3SD)were≥250μg/ml for O antibody and≥500μg/ml for H antibody.Positive rate of O and H antibodies were both 100% for 16 typhoid fever cases,but only 4% for H antibody and 0% for O antibody in donors and patients with nontyphoid febrile disease.This method was simple and specific,also highly correlative to Widal test. |
