某市用人单位职业健康监护现况调查

目的了解某市职业病危害用人单位的职业健康监护状况,以更好地开展职业卫生监管工作。方法采用调查表的形式,对该市存在职业病危害的用人单位进行调查,对其结果进行统计分析。结果调查的521家存在职业病危害的用人单位中,仅有50.7%成立了职业卫生管理组织;64.9%组织劳动者到有职业健康检查资质的医疗卫生机构进行了体检;接触职业病危害的劳动者职业健康检查率不高,尤其离岗时的健康检查率仅为52.9%。结论需进一步加大该市职业卫生的监督管理力度,提高用人单位的自身管理水平,规范职业健康检查的医疗服务行为。

Investigation on Occupational Health Surveillance of Employing Unit in A City

Objective] To understand the occupational health surveillance of enterprises with occupational hazards in a city so as to improve the occupational hygienic supervision. Methods] The enterprises with occupational hazards were investigated by questionnaire, the results were statistically analyzed. Results] Of 521 investigated enterprises with occupational hazards, only 50.7% had set up occupational health management organizations; 64.9% had sent employees to be examined in the medical and health institutions with occupational health examination qualification; the occupational health examination rate of workers with occupational hazards exposure was not high, especially for the unemployed ones （52.9% }. Conclusion ] It is suggested that supervision and management of occupational health should be strengthened, the employing unit should improve self-management level and standardize the medical services of occupational health examination.
