Abstract:This paper aims at exploring!the stimulating and guiding mechanism of training high-quality medical talents by using Marlow's Theory of Needs Levels. It is hoped to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving stimulation strategies,perfecting stimulating mechanism and optimizing management methods in the management of high-quality medical students at colleges and universities.
