美沙酮维持治疗对海洛因依赖者生存质量的影响

目的:了解美沙酮维持治疗对海洛因依赖者生存质量的影响。方法:用《药物成瘾者生存质量评定量表》对接受美沙酮维持治疗的海洛因依赖者治疗前后的生存质量进行评价,并对生存质量改善和无改善者进行分析。结果:美沙酮维持治疗后,患者生存质量显著改善者达81·65%,未改善者占18·35%;生活质量无改善者中女性所占比例(33·33%)显著高于改善者(17·60%),差异有显著性(P<0·01),其它方面,差异无显著性。结论:美沙酮维持治疗可显著改善海洛因依赖者的生存质量。性别可能是影响美沙酮维持治疗效果的因素。

INFLUENCE OF METHADONE MAINTENANCE TREATMENT TO QUALITY OF LIFE OF HEROIN DEPENDENT PATIENTS

Objective: To investigate the influence of methadone maintenance treatment(MMT) to the quality of life of heroin dependent patients. Methods: The quality of life of heroin dependent patients before and after MMT was evaluated with Quality of Life for Drug Addicts(QOL-DA), and the difference between those improved and unimproved was analyzed with SPSS. Results: After MMT, 81.65% of the heroin dependent patients improved their quality of life and 18.35% had no change; there was no difference in the aspects compared between the improved and unimproved ones except the gender which showed that the percentage of female was greater among the unimproved parts(33.33% vs 17.60%, P<0.01). Conclusion: MMT can improve the quality of life in heroin dependent patients. Gender might be a factor influencing the effect of the treatment.
