| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颅内巨大"蛇形"动脉瘤(CGSA)的治疗方法,并结合文献讨论颅内巨大"蛇形"动脉瘤的病理和临床特点.方法采用血管内介入的方法对3例颅内巨大"蛇形"动脉瘤患者进行治疗.结果3例中2例治疗成功,12个月后随访结果良好.结论血管内介入治疗颅内巨大"蛇形"动脉瘤是一种治疗方法的尝试.

| Abstract: | Aim:To investigate the possibility of intravascular treatment of cerebral giant serpentine aneurysms and discuss the characteristics of manifestation and pathology of the CGSA with reviewing the associated literatures. Methods:3 cases with CGSA were treated with intravascular method. Results:2 cases were treated successfully with 2 cases showed good results after 12 months follow-up.Conclusion:Intravascular method in a possible way to treat CGSA. |
