兔脑水肿模型脑组织伊文思兰定量测定

本文以《伤寒内毒素导致兔脑水肿模型》为基础,测定了脑组织水、钠和钾含量,同时根据Young等方法作了一些改进,作了脑组织伊文思兰的定量测定。结果再度证明伤寒内毒素注射能引起脑水肿,而且脑组织含水量与伊文思兰测定量之间呈正相关关系。故认为伊文思兰定量测定可作为判定本模型脑水肿程度的指标之一。

QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION OF EVAN'S BLUE IN RABBITS BRAIN EDEMA MODEL

48 conscious rabbits were divided into 16 separate batches and 3 groups. 16 rabbits of the experimental group were injected with typhoid endotoxin into the right internal carotid artery in order to cause acute brain edema. 16 rebbits of the normal saline control group had 0.9% sodium chloride solution injected into the right internal carotid artery. 16 rabbits of the empty normal control group had no injection. All 3 groups were injected with 2.5% Evan's blue in saline 1ml/kg into the right ear vein before the internal carotid artery injection.The observations of the 3 groups included Evan's blue determination, water, sodium and potassium contents of the brain tissue. The brains of the rabbits in the experimental group showed the bluish discoloration grossly and the Evan's blue, water and sodium contents all increased with statistical significance. In addition, there was a good positive correlation, between Evan's blue contents and water contents in the experimental group (right r = 0.447, P 0.05) left r=0.642, P 0.01) .
