糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖与糖尿病视网膜病变的关系

目的探讨糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）及空腹血糖（FBG）与糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）的关系,以及控制糖尿病视网膜病变的方法。方法 106例2型糖尿病（DM）患者,男56例,女50例,平均年龄（45.1±15.4）岁,DM诊断符合WHO诊断标准。结果糖尿病无眼底并发症的HbAlc为（7.64±0.41）%,FBG为（7.78±1.67）mmol/L,糖尿病伴有眼底并发症的HbAlc为（11.08±2.16）%,FBG为（10.31＋5.86）mmol/L;糖尿病患者HbAlc与FBG呈显著正相关（P〈0.01）。伴有HbAlc患者高于无并发症患者（P〈0.01）,提示糖尿病患者并发症与HbAlc有关。结论糖化血红蛋白的控制,对预防和改善糖尿病并发症极为重要。

To Explore the Relation Betweon Glycosylated Hemoglobin and Fasting Blood Glucose with Diabetic Retinopaty

Objective To explore the relationship between the glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc) and fasting blood glucose with diabetic retinopathy(DR) and find the way to control the diabetic retinopathy.Methods 106 patients with type 2 diabetes,56 male,50 female,average age is(45.1 ±15.4),the subjects diagnostic according to WHO criteria.Results Diabetes without eyeground complication HbAlc is(7.64±0.41)%,FBG is(7.78±1.67)mmol/L;Diabetes with eyeground patients complication HbAlc is(11.08± 2.16)%,FBG is(10.31±5.86)mmol/L;in diabetes patients,HbAlc has a positive significant cortelativety with FBG(P<0.01).Diabetes patients,HbAlc with complication is obviously higher than without complication.Those data suggested that diabetes complication has with HbAlc.Conclusion It is very important of controlling HbAlc to prevent the development of diabetes complication.
