东北地区年轻飞行员RDW与健康人群比较

目的:比较东北地区年轻飞行员红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与健康人群间的差异。方法:选择中国人民解放军第208医院461临床部2008年2月～2010年10月改装体检的年轻飞行员128例;同期选取进行健康体检的正常成人158例作为对照组。受试者采清晨空腹静脉血,用全自动血细胞分析仪测定RDW,统计分析两组间RDW的差异。结果:飞行员组RDW为11.91±0.435,对照组RDW为12.49±0.715,两组间RDW比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:飞行员组RDW低于对照组,两组间RDW比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);因此,RDW作为一项评价飞行员身体综合素质的一项指标,应在飞行员各类体检中得到广泛重视。

Comparison of RDW in young pilots of Northeast area and healthy population

Objective To compare the difference of red cell distribution width(RDW) between the young pilot of Northeast area and healthy people.Method Total 128 cases of young pilots received physical examination in 461st clinical department of No.208 Hospital of PLA as the pilot group;158 cases of healthy adults were selected as the control group.The subjects were collected fasting venous blood,using automated hematology analyzer to test RDW,and the differences in RDW between the two groups were analyzed.Results RDW of the pilot group was(11.91 ± 0.435),the control group was(12.49 ± 0.715),and the difference between the two groups is significant(P<0.001).Conclusion RDW in the pilot group is lower than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant.Therefore,as an indicator to evaluate the overall body quality of the pilot,RDW should be whith widely attention.
