电视胸腔镜辅助小切口手术的临床应用

应用电视胸腔镜辅助小切口进行胸部手术30例。其中包括自发性气胸及双侧病变一期手术，自发性血气胸急症手术；纵隔肿瘤摘除，组织活俭，肺换形切除术、肺叶切除及全肺切除并作淋巴结清扫。全组无手术死亡及严重并发症发生。文中对该手术的麻醉、切口选择、手术及术后并发症预防作了探讨。

Thoracoscopical Assistance for Minimally Invasive Surgery on Thoracic Patients

Different intrathoracic operative procedures were carried out in 30 patients under the guidance ofvideo thoracoscopy for minimal Surgical invasion. Patients' age ranged fiom 16-65, including 26 males and 4females. The author presented that various operative procedures comprised of ligation of pulmonary perforation inspontaneous pneumothorax and hemopneumothorax, biopsy of mediastinal mass, removal of mediastinal mass andcyst, radical resection of carcinoid tumor of thpous, wedge resection of pulmonary tuberculoma, lobectomy of pulmonary pseudotumor, and radical resection of lung cancer. All the operations were said to be satisfactory withoutpostoperative mortality or serious complications. The method of anesthesia, selection of incisions and prevention ofcomplications were discussed
