| 摘 要： | 按照全国人体寄生虫分布调查统一的抽样和检查方法,1989年对宁夏部分抽样点人群先做了调查,就其资料中蛔虫感染情况进行分析。总共统计17个点7980人,蛔虫感染者2460例,感染率为30.8％。男、女感染率分别为29.3％和32.3％,两者间有显著性差异。本次调查结果表明感染率随年龄增长而呈下降趋势。回、汉民族感染率间无显著性差异。人群感染度皆属轻、中度,无重度感染者。在半干旱与半湿润地区感染率间有极显著性差异,这与自然因素、经济水平有关。

| Abstract: | According to the unified sampling and diagnostic method which was standardized for survey of human parasite distribution nationwide, data of Ascaris lumbricoides was acquired from some sampling sites in 1989. At 17 sampling sites, the total number of persons under study was 7 980, the positivity was recorded in 2460 cases with a positive rate of 30.8%. The infection rate was 29.8% for males, and 32.3% for females. There was a significant difference between males and females. The survey showed that the increase in age was accompanied by a decrease in infection rate. There was no significant difference between Hui and Han nationalities. |
