病人对节假日护理工作满意率的调查分析

目的 探讨节假日护理工作薄弱点,提出改进对策,提高病人满意率.方法 随机选取175例住院病人进行问卷调查,要求同一病人对正常工作日及节假日两个不同时间段护理工作10个项目满意情况分别填写.结果 两个不同时间段护理工作10个项目满意率对比,经x^2检验,其中9项有显著性差异（P＜0.005）,分别为：病区环境主动介绍,疾病知识康复指导,介绍治疗护理的配合要求,主动交谈、了解病人需求,观察饮食、介绍饮食知识,告知药物不良反应及帮助服药到口,主动巡视病房,床单、病员服随脏随换,及时帮助解决所遇问题.结论 持续质量监测,改变传统的思维和管理模式,病人满意度和护理服务质量得到有效改观.

Investigation on effect of nursing on festivals and holidays on patient's satisfactory rate and its countermeasure

Objective To explore the weak links of nursing on festivals and holidays, put forward countermeasures and improve patient'ss satisfactory rate. Methods One hundred and seventy-five patients who hospitalized were selected randomly and investigated. They were asked to complete 10 items about nursing on normal working days and nursing on festivals and holidays. Results After comparing 10 items about satisfactory rate during these two different periods, there were significant differences in 9 items. (P<0.005). They were: active introduction about ward, recovery guidance about disease, demands of introducing treating and nursing cooperation, active talking, understanding patient'ss demand, observing diet, introducing diet knowledge, informing adverse reaction of medicine and helping patient to take medicine to mouth, visiting wards actively, changing patient'ss clothes and bedsheet timely and helping to solve all questions. Conclusion Continuous quality monitoring and changing traditional thinking and managing modes can improve patient'ss satisfactory rate and nursing service quality effectively.
