| 摘 要： | 全面质量管理（TQM）的理念已经在高校的教学管理中逐渐深入人心，然而对TQM具体如何运用却有待于作更多的研究和探索。文章利用在毕业实践环节中运用TQM的理念，对药学类专业的毕业实践环节的全过程质量评价指标体系进行了全新的研究，并且建立了一套涵盖毕业实践环节全过程的评价指标体系。这既是TQM理念的实际运用，也是对相应专业毕业实践环节的评价进行了创新。

| Abstract: | The philosophy of TQM has become ever more widespread in the instructional management of colleges and universities, but it needs more searches for its concrete application. Operating the philosophy of TQM in the graduation thesis of pharmaceutical undergraduates, this paper makes an entirely new research on the total quality evaluation system and building a suit of the new type evaluation system covering all the process of the graduation practice link. Such is the practical applications of the philosophy of TQM, and is also an innovation to evaluate the graduation practice link of the corresponding majors. |
