小儿定喘口服液止咳平喘作用研究

目的　观察小儿定喘口服液平喘、镇咳、祛痰、抗变态反应作用。方法　用豚鼠整体引喘法和肺溢流试验 ,观察引喘潜伏期与肺溢流量变化 ;用氨水引咳和气管段酚磺肽排泌试验 ,观察咳嗽潜伏期、咳嗽次数、酚磺肽排泌量 ;用大鼠肥大细胞脱颗粒试验 ,观察脱颗粒百分率。结果　该制剂可延长引喘潜伏期 ,减少肺溢流量 ,延长咳嗽潜伏期 ,减少咳嗽次数 ,增加气管段酚磺肽排泌量 ,抑制大鼠颅骨骨膜肥大细胞脱颗粒。结论　该制剂具有平喘、镇咳、化痰、抗变态反应作用。

Studies on Antiasthmatic Effects of Antiasthmatic Oral Liquid for Child

Object To evaluate the liquid's effects of relieving cough and asthma,reducing sputum and inhibiting allergic response by animal tests.Methods To observe the pharmacodynamic action by asthmatic and lung overfiowing model of guinea pig,cough model and phenolsulfonphthalein excretion test of mouse, releasing particle test of rat's mastocyte.Results The liquid can extend asthma and cough latent period,reduce the volumn of lung overflowing and cough frequency,increase the excretion of phenolsulfonphthalein,inhibit mastocyte's releasing particle of rat's cranial periosteum.Conclusion The liquid can resolve phlegm,relieve cough and asthma attack .It also has blocking effect on releasing allergic mediators.
