| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨自护理论在脑卒中患者康复护理程序中的应用价值。方法 脑卒中患者 72例 ,随机分为对照组和观察组 ,对照组采用常规康复护理程序方法护理 ,观察组应用自理学说理论对脑卒中患者以信息支持教育为根本点 ,辅以完全补偿、部分补偿进行康复护理。结果 经康复护理后 ,两组Barthel指数均较康复护理前明显提高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而观察组康复护理后较对照组提高更显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 在脑卒中康复护理程序中 ,应用自理学说理论指导 ,对患者充分发挥潜能 ,调动主观能动性 ,加速康复有重要意义

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficiency of applied self-care theory on rehabilitation nursing program of stroke patients.Methods Total 72 cases were divided into experimental and control group at random. We mainly conducted supportive-educative nursing intervention plus complete and partial aids basing on the self-care theory.Results Barthel index scores of both of the two groups significantly increased after intervention, but the result of the experimental group was better than that of the control one. Conclusion Using orem self-care theory in rehabilitation nursing program could mobilize the patients' potential and motivation after stroke, wich was helpful to recovery. |
