个体化饮食干预对糖耐量减低病人动脉硬化的影响

摘    要:目的:研究个体化饮食干预对糖耐量减低病人动脉硬化的影响。方法:选择2008年5月至2009年5月于本院门诊及体检中心体检确诊的糖耐量减低病人358例,随机分为干预组185例和对照组173例。所有病人均建立患者个人健康档案,干预组进行个体化饮食干预,对照组只进常规饮食。所有患者均于治疗前和治疗12个月后查空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、血压、体重指数、血脂、踝臂指数、眼底动脉及颈动脉硬化程度,分析所得数据。结果:复查诊断为糖尿病的患者:对照组15例(8.7%),干预组8例(4.3%),干预组的显著低于对照组(P0.05);干预组眼底动脉积分(1.42±0.45)分∶(2.23±0.53)分]、颈动脉硬化积分(1.84±0.37)分∶(2.87±0.76)分]均明显低于对照组,踝臂指数(1.13±0.09)∶(0.87±0.13)%]显著高于对照组(P均0.05)。结论:个体化加强饮食干预能够改善糖耐量减低病人的动脉硬化程度,延缓动脉硬化进程。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of personal diet intervention on arteriosclerosis in patients with impaired glucose tolerance. Methods: A total of 358 patients with impaired glucose tolerance from hospital were randomly divid- ed into intervention group (n: 185) and control group (n= 173). Patients in intervention group were treated with per- sonal diet while patients in control group accepted normal diet. All patients accepted detection of fasting blood glucose, blood glucose 2 h after diet, ankle--braehial index and degree of arteriosclerosis in ocular fundus artery and carotid ar- tery before and after therapy 12 months. Results: Patients diagnosed as diabetes in intervention group was lower (4.3%, 8/185) than that of control group (8.70%, 15/173), P〈0.0,5. Compared with control group, the ocular fun- dus artery scores (2.23±0.53) vs. (1.42±0.45)], carotid atherosclerosis scores (2.87±0.76) vs. (1.84± 0.37)] in intervemion group were significandy lower, but ankle-brachial index (1.13±0. 09) vs. (0.87±0.13)] increased (P〈0. 05 all). Conclusion. Personal diet inter vention can improve arteriosclerosis in patients with impaired glucose tolerance and slow down its progression.
