肺癌患者血清SAA水平及其临床意义

目的探讨肺癌患者血清淀粉样物质A（SAA）的表达，及在临床中的价值。方法采用免疫散射比浊法检测100例健康对照者及75例肺癌早期患者和53例中、晚期肺癌患者手术前后血清SAA的水平。结果健康对照组血清SAA[（6．58±0．52）mg／L]、肺癌组血清SAA[（88．36±5．23）mg／L]、肺癌早期组血清SAA[（6S．88±5．23）mg／L1、肺癌中、晚期组血清SAA[（115．56±7．26）mg／L]均显著高于健康对照组（P〈0．01），且中、晚期组较早期组升高（P〈0．01）；肺癌转移组手术前血清SAA水平[（121．42±6．89）mg／L]明显高于术后3个月[（45．6±3．65）mg／L]（P〈0．01）；肺癌无转移组手术后3个月血清SAA[（21．6．6±2．89）mg／L]也明显较术前[（73．82±5．69）mg／L]降低（P〈0．01）。结论肺癌患者血清中SAA存在表达异常，测定肺癌患者血清SAA水平可以帮助肺癌临床分期、预后判断和作为病情监测的重要指标。

Serum SAA Expression in Lung Cancer and Tts Clinical Significance

Objective To explore the clinical application value of serum amyloid A（SAA） expression in lung cancer. Methods The serum SAA levels were detected by immune scatter turbidity method before and after operation in 75 cases of early stage of lung cancer and 53 cases of mid-advanced stage of lung cancer and 100 healthy controls. Results The serum SAA levels were [（6.58 _± 0.52）mg/L] in healthy controls,[（88.36 ± 5.23）mg/L]in lung cancer,[（68.88 ± 5.23）mg/L] in early stage of lung cancer and[（115.56± 7.26）mg/L] in mid-advanced stage of lung cancer,respectively,showing the level was significantly higher in lung cancer patients than that in the healthy controls（P〈0.01 ）, and significantly higher in mid-advanced stage of lung cancer than that in early stage of lung cancer （P〈0.01）. The SAA level before operation[（121.42 ±6.89）mg/L] in patients with metastasis was higher than that of three months after operation[（45.6±3.65）mg/L]（P〈0.05）, and the SAA level before operation[（73.82 ±5.69）mg/L] in patients with no metastasis was higher than that of three months after operation（21.6.6 ± 2.89）mg/L]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The serum SAA expression is abnormal in lung cancer. Determination of serum SAA level in lung cancer may help lung cancer staging and prognosis and the level can be used as an important indicator for monitoring disease.
