摘    要:目的:制定紫苏子药材质量标准。方法:采用生药学研究,水分测定法,薄层色谱法及HPLC色谱法。结果:对紫苏子的显微特征进行了描述;对15个不同产地的紫苏子活性成分迷迭香酸、木犀草素和芹菜素进行了薄层定性鉴别,并对迷迭香酸进行了HPLC定量研究。结论:通过研究制定了紫苏子的质量控制标准。

Abstract:To improve the quality control specification of Perillae Fructus, the identification methods and assay were developed. Rosmarinic acid, luteolin and apigenin in the sample were identified by TLC. The content of rosmarinic acid was determined by HPLC. The linear calibration curve of rosmarinic acid was obtained in the ranges of 19.4-194.2 g·L-1(R2=0.999 9). The arerage coveriy (n=9) for the assay was 99.8%(RSD 3.6%). The established methods are accuracy, sensitivity and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Perillae Fructus.
