| 摘 要： | 促排卵已经成为辅助生殖技术（ART）中的核心环节。目前超促排卵长方案即促性腺激素释放激素激动剂（GnRHa）抑制垂体联合相对大剂量外源性卯泡刺激素（FSH）在临床应用最广泛。但常规促排卵方案较复杂，费用高昂，用药时间长，大量雌激素的应用可造成卵巢过度刺激。临床有寻求更适宜促排卵方案的需求。由于GnRH拮抗剂（GnRH。）在临床应用，微刺激促排卵方案在体外受精（IVF）中应用逐渐广泛。该方案与常规促排卵方案最主要的区别在于前者在并不明显降低IVF成功率的前提下减少促性腺激素的用量，缩短刺激周期时间，降低卵巢过度刺激并发症的发生率。

| Abstract: | Ovarian stimulation has been a key component of assisted reproductive technologies (ART). At present, a long gonadotrophin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRHa) pituitary suppression regimen combined with relatively high dose of exogenous follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) remains the most frequent using for stimulation protocol.
