出院发音功能训练指导对于喉癌术后患者喉功能重建的效果研究

目的评价喉癌术后患者的出院指导对于喉功能重建的作用。方法选择进行喉功能重建的喉癌术后患者78例,分为治疗组与对照组各39例,对照组给予常规护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予出院发音功能训练指导,两组的护理干预周期为2个月。结果治疗组皮下气肿、喉瘘、切口感染、咽瘘等并发症发生率下降;干预后两组电声门图的基频与基频微扰值均明显降低,且干预后治疗组的基频与基频微扰值均低于对照组(P0.05);治疗组的生活质量评分高于对照组(P0.05)。结论喉癌术后患者的出院发音功能训练指导能减少喉功能重建中的并发症发生,提高发音功能,促进生活质量的改善,有很好的应用价值。

The effectiveness of pronunciation functiond training on the laryngeal function reconstruction in laryngeal cancer postoperative patients

Objective To evaluate the effects of pronunciation functional training on the laryngeal function reconstruction in laryngeal cancer postoperative patients. Methods Seventy - eight patients with laryngeal carcinoma were equally divided into the treatment group and the control group. Patients in the control group received routine care during the laryngeal function reconstruction,while patients in the treatment group received positively pronunciation functional training for two months. Results The incidence of complicationes such as subcutaneous emphysema,throat fistula,wound infection,pharyngeal fistula of patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The EGG fundamental frequency and fundamental frequency perturbation values in the two groups significant decreased,while the fundamental frequency and fundamental frequency perturbation values of patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). The physical function,sleep and energy,movement and sensory,mental function scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Pronunciation functional training can reduce the incidence of complications, improve pronunciation function and the quality of life in laryngeal cancer patients.
