护理大专学生自我导向学习能力的干预研究

摘    要:目的探讨护理大专学生自我导向学习能力的干预措施。方法抽取111名护理大专学生作为观察组,从第3学期开始,围绕优化教学资源、改变课堂教学模式、探索临床实践、开展第二课堂活动等措施进行自我导向学习能力的探索与实践。第4学期结束时,从同年级普通护理班级抽取156名护理大专学生作为对照组,运用自我导向学习等级评定量表对两组护理大专学生进行测评,并对其考核成绩进行比较。结果观察组护理大专学生的自我导向学习能力总分高于对照组(P0.01)。观察组期末考试的理论和实训成绩均高于对照组(P0.01)。结论护理大专学生自我导向学习能力总体不高,护理教育者可采取相应的指导和教学策略,提高护理大专学生的自我导向学习能力,更好地满足学科发展的需要。

Intervention study on self - directed learning ability of associate nursing students
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of the intervention measures on self - directed learning ability of associate nursing students. Methods Totally, 111 associate nursing students were recruited as the observation group,starting from 3 term,measures like optimization of teaching resources,changing classroom teaching mode,exploring clinical practice,developing second classroom activities were taken to improve their self - directed learning ability. At the end of the 4 se-mester,the other 156 students in the same grade were recruited as the control group. The Self - Rating Scalf for Sele - Directed Learning was used to asessed their self - directed learning ability,and their performance in find exam was compared. Results Self - directed learning ability and the performance in final exeam of students in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P ﹤0. 01). Conclusion Self - directed learning ability of associate nursing students is not high in general. Nursing educators can take targeted measures to improve their self - directed learning ability,and to satisfy the development of the discipline.
