实验动物和商品动物自然感染病原体的报告

为填补我国关于多种实验动物和商品动物自然感染病原体方面的空白,作者对福建部分地区的实验动物和商品动物进行了病原学和血清学调查。结果表明,实验动物中,豚鼠感染弓形体病;大白鼠感染流行性出血热;小白鼠感染钩端螺旋体病。商品动物中,家兔感染恙虫病。弓形体病、流行性出血热;家猪感染小肠结肠炎耶氏菌病、钩端螺旋体病、弓形体病、流行性出血热、假结核。由此提示,应严格实验动物的质量管理,逐步实现标准化;对商品动物则慎用,以免影响研究结果。

A survey on the experimental and commercial animals infected with pathogenic organisms in nature

It is important for scientific workers to have got a healthy and standard test animals. The aim of this paper is try to find out whether the experimental animal we used in laboratory is or not, in other word. or natural infection with any pathogenic organisms.By means healthy of serologic investigation and pathogenic organisms isolation, the samples collected from different part of counties in Fujian province, were detected in laboratory. The results shown that guinea pig infected with toxoplasmosis, white rats infected with epidemie hemorrhagic fever and white mouse infected with leptospirosis naturally, were found. Commercial animals, such as rabbits infected with tsutsugamashi disease, toxoplasmosis, EHF, and pig infected with Y.endocolitica, leptospirosis, toxoplasmosis, EHF, and pseudotuberculosis were found. The result give us a great revelation at preseat.Namely, it is nesessary for us to establish the quality control system for experimental animal and to set up the standaridization for it, otherwise unhealthy test animal used would be infleunce in their experimental result.
