| 摘 要： | 目的：观察刺梨对D－半乳糖致衰老小鼠肝细胞线粒体损伤的保护作用。方法：小鼠颈背部皮下注射D－半乳糖建立衰老模型，同时刺梨保护组灌服刺梨汁，36天后取肝脏制备透射电镜样品，对肝细胞线粒体采用体视学中体密度（Vv）、面数密度（NA）指标进行分析。结果：刺梨保护组肝细胞线粒体密度、面数密度与正常对照组接近，而明显高于衰老模型组（P＜0．01、P＜0．05）。结论：刺梨对D－半乳糖致衰老小鼠肝细胞线粒体的损伤具有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the protective effect of Rosa roxburghii Trait on mitochondria damage of liver cell of aging model mice.Methods D-galactose was given S.C. to mice to induce aging model. Rosa roxburghii Trait juice was administrated for 36 days. The livers were observed by transmission electronic microscope, Vv and N A of mitochondria in liver cell were measured. Results V vand N A of mitochondria of Rosa roxburgii Trait group were higher than that of aging model group ( P <0 01? P <0 05),there was no significace between Rosa roxburghii Trait group and control group.Conclusion Rosa roxburghii Trait has a protective effect on mitochondria damage of liver of aging model mice caused by D-galactose. |
