男性不育患者精子内酸性磷酸酶的检测

摘    要:选取9例男性不育抗精抗体(AsAb)阳性患者、11例男性不育有过生殖系统炎症史患者、11例原因不明男性不育患者及10例正常生育男性新鲜精液标本。用Gomori铅法,检测精子中酸性磷酸酶(AcidPhosphatase.ACP)活性。结果表明:AsAb阳性和有炎症史男性不育患者精子内,特别是顶体赤道板和尾部颈段胞质中Acp活性明显升高,ACP阳性反应数与正常生育组和原因不明不育组均有显著差异,提示ACP活性大小与精子和膜的损伤有关,检测ACP活性可推断精子和膜受损程度,提高诊断和治疗水平。

Abstract:Nine calses of semen samples of positive antispermantibody(experimental groupl, EGI) and 11 cases of that had been suffered from an inflammation in the reproductive system(EG2) and 11 cases of unexplained infertility(EG3) were taken from infertile chinese; and 10 cases of semen samples were taken from fertile chinese (as control group, CG).In this technique, Gomori's method was used, and it could detect an activity of acid phosphatase (AP) in sperm. The results showed that EG1 and EG2 activity of AP were higher than that of EG3 and CG and at equator thread and neck of tail in sperm were significantly higher. Compareing the positive reaction numbers of AP of EG1 and EG2 with EG3 and CG there are significant statistical difference. These results indicate that a close relationship might exist between an activity of AP and herm of sperm and memberane. If we detected activity of Ap we could infer harm of sperm and membrane and raise water level of diagnosis and treament.
