杏丁注射液对原发性高血压患者氧自由基和血液流变学的影响

目的 观察杏丁注射液（银杏达莫注射液）对原发性高血压患者氧自由基和血液流变学的影响，探讨杏丁注射液防治高血压病的药理基础。方法 选择血压控制正常高血压患者62例，随机分为杏丁治疗组30例和时照组32例，对照组服用肠溶阿司匹林片，每次75mg，每日1次，作对照，杏丁治疗组用杏丁注射液20ml＋5％葡萄糖注射液250ml静脉滴注，每日1次。分别于治疗前、治疗后14天检测血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性、丙二醛（MDA）含量。结果 杏丁注射液能明显提高血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性，降低血清丙二醛（MDA）含量，降低全血粘度（高切、低切）、血浆粘度，其药理效应优于肠溶阿司匹林片。结论 杏丁注射液有明确的抗氧化、消除氧自由基、改善血液流变性的作用。

The Effect of Xingding Injection on Oxygen Free Radicals and Hemorrh eology in Patients with Essential Hypertension

Objective To observe the effect of Xingding Injection(Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Diphyridamole Injection) on oxygen free radicals and hemorrheology in patients with essential hypertension.Methods 62 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups:the Xingding Injection group(30 patients) and the control group(32 patients).Plasma SOD and MDA leavels,and hemorrheologic parameters were evaluated before and after treatment for 2 months.Results With 2-month treatment with Xingding Injection SOD activity was increased significantly,the level of serum MDA reduced,the whole blood viscosity(WBV 200 s~(-1),1 s~(-1)) and plasma viscosity(PV) decreased compared with the patients in the control group.Conclusions Xingding Injection has the effect of anti-oxygen free radicals,and could improve hemorrheology.
