| 摘 要： | 目的总结活体亲属供肾肾移植术的临床经验,提高其治疗效果。方法回顾性分析活体亲属供肾肾移植14例。结果14例均治愈,并获随访,平均随访28.5月,供者无并发症,受者人/肾存活至今。结论活体亲属供肾肾移植术是安全可行的,但需谨慎选择供者;多层螺旋CT血管成像技术(MSCTA)可作为亲属供肾术前血管无创检查的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarizetheclinicalexperiencesofliving related donorkidneyTransplantation in order to improve the therapeutic effect. Methods The clinical data of 14 recipients receiving living related do-nor transplantation from Nov. 2001 to April 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 14 cases were all cured. They have been followed-up till today (average 28.5 months). No complications have been found in the donors, and the recipients are alive with good renal function. Conclusion Living related donor kidney transplantation can be performed safely, but we should be cautious to select the donor. MSCTA can be the preferred method in evaluating renal vascular in living related donors. |
