| 摘 要： | 用免疫印迹法检测２２８例结缔组织病（ＣＴＤ）患者血清抗ＥＮＡ抗体，阳性率为７１．９％，明显高于对照组的３．２％（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ）。在各种ＣＴＤ中，系统性红斑狼疮抗ＥＮＡ抗体阳性率为６７．６％。结果表明：抗ＥＮＡ抗体的检测对ＣＴＤ的诊断、鉴别诊断及分型有重要价值。

| Abstract: | he anti- extractable-nuclear- antigenantibodies (anti- ENA)were detected in patients withconnective tissue disease by immunoblotting technique;The positive rate of anti- ENA in patientswith systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE, 67.6%),mixed connective tissue disease(88.9%),sicca syndrome(81.3%),progressive systemic sclerosis(57.1%),polymyositis(76.9%)anddermatomyositis(80.7%)was higher than that of the control group(3.2%,P <0.0l).The to-tal positive rate of anti-ENA, anti- nuclear and anti-dsDNA-antibody was 89;5%in 38 patientswith SLE. The results indicate that the detection of anti-ENA antibody is useful for diagnosis inpatients with connective tissue disease. |
