SARS医务人员心理健康状况调查

目的评定赴北京小汤山医院抗击传染性非典型肺炎(SARS)医务人员的心理健康状况。方法对122名军队医务人员在抗击SARS期间进行了SCL-90测试,并将结果与我国军人常模进行比较。结果小汤山医院医务人员SCL-90的总分及各因子分都明显低于我国军人常模(P<0.05～0.001),有0.8%～11.5%的医务人员存在轻度的心理问题;职别、性别、职称、文化程度与SCL-90的总分及各因子分均显著相关,年龄和在SARS一线工作时间与SCL-90的总分及部分因子分显著相关;护士、女性、低职称、低文化程度的医务人员心理健康问题相对较为明显。结论护士、女性、低文化的医务人员是高危人群,是心理干预的重点。

Survey on mental health state of the medical staff in Xiaotangshan hospital of PLA

Objective To evaluate the mental health state of the medical staff in Xiaotangshan hospital which was built for severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS)patients.Methods The122cases of the medical staff were tested with SCL-90.The results were compared with norms of Chinese armymen.Results All the factors and the total scores of SCL-90were lower than the counterpart in the norms of Chinese armymen(P<0.05-0.001),but0.8%-11.5%of the medical staff suffered from various mental disturbances lightly.The factors of official rank,sex,professional post and education degree correlated with all the factors and the total scores of SCL-90;age,the time of working in the hospital had remarkable correlations with part of all the factors and the total scores of SCL-90;nurse,female,lower professional post and lower education degree of the medical staff had more mental health problems.Conclusion Nurses,female,the medical staff with lower education degree deserves mainly further investigation and psychological intervention.
