| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨热毒清注射液抗内毒素血症的有关机理。方法：体内实验观察热毒清对内毒素攻击小鼠产生肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的影响，体外实验观察热毒清对内毒素刺激小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞诱生TNF的结果。结果：热毒清既能在体内降低内毒素攻击小鼠血清TNF的水平，又能在体外抑制内毒素刺激小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞诱生TNF。结论：热毒清对内毒素诱生TNF具有抑制作用。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo explore the mechanism of Reduqing (RDQ) in treatingendotoxemia.MethodsEffects of Reduqing on endotoxin-induc ed tumor necrosis factor (TNF)production were observed in vivo and in vitroresp ecyively.ResultsRDQ could inhibit theTNF production both in endoto xin-challenged mice and in endotoxin-stimulated mouseperitoneal macrophage.ConclusionsRDQ has the inhibitory effect on the production of TNFind uced by endotoxin. |
