| 摘 要： | 目前，随着医患矛盾的激化，医疗事故、争议越来越多，病历作为证据的作用日益凸现。如何从医学生抓起，提高病历书写能力，避免部分医疗事故、争议的发生，成为了一项迫切需要解决的问题，本文就该问题进行了初步探索。

| Abstract: | With the increasing confrontation between doctors and patients and the increasing number of medical conflictions, case reports, as convincing evidence, have played a more and more important role. How to improve medical students＇ capability of writing case reports and avoid the occurrence of some medical conflictions turns out to be a problem that has to be solved. This article makes a tentative exploration in this respect. |
