| 摘 要： | 目的:通过动物试验观察三子养亲汤的镇痰、祛痰作用.方法:以浓氨水喷雾法、酚红排泌法对三子养亲汤生、炒品配方的镇咳作用、祛痰作用进行了比较分析.结果:三子养亲汤炒品配方有一定的镇咳作用,其他各组间无显著性差异;祛痰试验炒品配方组显著优于生品配方组(P＜0.05).结论:三子养亲汤中的饮片炮制后入药,其药效明显优于生品直接入药,炮制品在复方中,能更好地显示出综合调节作用的优势. |
