腹腔镜胆总管切开取石术22例报告

目的]探讨胆总管切开取石术的优点、方法和适应证.方法]22例胆总管结石患者行腹腔镜胆总管切开取石术.结果]22例手术均获成功,无中转开腹,其中T管引流17例,Ⅰ期缝合5例,手术时间90～180 min,平均125 min,术中出血20～50 mL,平均35 mL,3例术后胆漏,保守治愈,5例胆道残余结石,术后胆道镜取出.结论]腹腔镜胆总管切开取石术安全有效,对符合适应症的患者是最佳的治疗方式.

Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration in 22 cases

Objective] To explore the value,method and indication of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration.Methods] A total of 22 cases with common bile duct stones were treated with laparoscopic common bile duct exploration.Results] The operation was performed successfully in all of the 22 cases,without conversions to open surgery,17 cases with T-tube drainage,5 cases with primary ductal submucosa closure.The operative time was 90 to 180 min(mean 125 min).The blood loss was 20 to 50 mL(mean 35 mL).Bile leakage ...
