记忆合金加压固定器与克氏针张力带治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的疗效对比

目的比较记忆合金加压固定器与克氏针张力带两种方法治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的疗效及其临床应用价值。方法对41例尺骨鹰嘴骨折患者分别行记忆合金加压固定器(21例)与克氏针张力带(20例)手术治疗,比较两种治疗方法的疗效。结果所有病例全部获得随访,随访时间6个月～2年,平均8个月,两组患者的骨折均达到临床愈合。两组术后3月、6月肘关节功能恢复的优良率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组病人的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间等方面比较亦无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论记忆合金加压固定器同传统的克氏针张力带一样也是治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的一种有效的方法,为临床治疗IIb型I、Ic型尺骨鹰嘴骨折提供了一种新的选择。

CURATIVE EFFECTS OF SHAPE MEMORY ALLOY COMPRESSOR AND KIRSCHNER WIRE FIXATION ON OLECRANAL FRACTURE

Objective To compare the curative effects of shape memory alloy compressor and kirschner wire fixation in treating olecranal fracture.Methods Of the 41 cases of olecranal fracture,21 cases were treated with shape memory alloy compressor and 40 cases were treated with Kirschner wire fixation(k-wire).The curative effects of the two therapies were compared.Results All cases received follow-up surveys for 6 months to 2 years.All fractures in both groups healed.No significant differences were found in elbow function 3 months and 6 months later(P>0.05).There existed no significant differences in the operation time,intraoperative bleeding amount and hospitalization duration between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The shape memory alloy compressor can be used as on effective therapy to treat olecranal fracture.
