摘    要:综述了20世纪以来,高等护理教育宏观环境的变化对高等护理人才培养的要求和挑战。提出以学生为本,加强专业核心能力的培养、重视专业价值观与职业道德的建立和培养、良好心理素质培养;以社会需求为导向,调整人才定位、培养宽厚的知识和能力,适应护理角色的多元化:从国际化的人才培养来思考建构适应时代需求的高等护理教育培养目标。

Abstract:It summarized the demands and challenges of macroscopic circumstance change of high nursing education on training of high nursing talents since the 20th century. It put forward that one should see students as basic, strengthen the culture of professional core ability, pay attention to construction and culture of professional value viewpoint and occupational ethics, and culture favorable psychological diathesis. One should take social demands as guidance to adjust talent position, culture extent knowledge and capability to adapt to the pluralism of nursing role. One should think of constructing the training targets adapting to the needs of the era from international talents training.
