补血益肾汤治疗肿瘤化疗白细胞减少症疗效观察

目的:观察补血益肾汤治疗肿瘤病人化疗后白细胞减少症的疗效。方法:将103例患者随机分成两组,治疗组58例用自拟补血益肾汤治疗(熟地、当归、白芍、黄芪、枸杞、淫阳藿、补骨脂、益母草、鸡血藤、甘草);对照组45例用利血生、维生素B4治疗。观察两组治疗前后白细胞数并比较治疗效果。结果:近期总有效率治疗组为91.4%,对照组62.2%;临床治愈患者远期总有效率治疗组为89.1%,对照组52.0%,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后白细胞记数比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);两组治疗后白细胞记数比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:补血益肾汤治疗肿瘤病人化疗后白细胞减少症有明显疗效。

Treatment of Leucopenia by Buxue Yishen Tang:A clinical observation

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Buxue Yishen Tang(BYT)for Leukopnia(LP).Methods:103 case of LP were allocated to two groups randomly,the treatment group(58cases)treated by BYT;The control group(45cases)treated by leucogen and VitB4.The leukocyte counts were observed before and after treatment in both groups and the curative effects were compared.Result:The short-term effective rate was 91.4%and 62.2%and long-term effective rate was 89.1%and 52.0%respectively in treatment group and control group(P<0.05=.The leukocvte counts before and after treatment showed significant difference(P<0.05)between two groups.
