| 摘 要： | 目的研究非甾体类抗炎药活化基因-1(NAG-1)在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用RT-PCR和免疫组化检测76例胃癌组织及其相应正常组织NAG-1的表达。结果胃癌组织的NAG-1蛋白的表达程度显著低于正常组织(χ2=47.186,P<0.05)。NAG-1蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达与患者的细胞分化程度有关(χ2=7.506,P<0.05)。而与性别、淋巴结转移、临床分期间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。RT-PCR结果显示NAG-1 mRNA在胃癌组织中的相对含量显著低于正常胃黏膜组织。NAG-1 mRNA在高、中分化胃癌中的相对含量显著高于低、未分化(P<0.05)。而与淋巴结转移、临床分期、浸润深度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 NAG-1基因在胃癌组织中的表达下降,可能参与胃癌的发生、发展过程。
