| 摘 要： | 目的了解重庆市渝中区学龄前儿童流行性感冒(流感)疫苗接种情况及影响因素。方法采用完全随机抽样法抽取2004～2010年出生的儿童,收集流感疫苗接种情况,分层随机抽样法抽取各年龄段家长进行问卷调查。结果渝中区学龄前儿童流感疫苗接种率为31.10%,全程接种率为9.56%,随着年龄增长,全程接种率逐年降低;接种率受父母学历、出生医院、儿童胎次等因素影响。结论重庆市渝中区学龄前儿童流感疫苗接种率偏低,特别是全程接种率低。
