| 摘 要： | 目的:分析胆囊壁内结石的临床观察结果.方法:对2009年7月至2010年8月在我院行胆囊切除手术的112例胆囊标本行肉眼观察及病理组织切片检查.结果:112例胆囊标本肉眼可见胆囊壁内结石35例(31.3%).病史明确反复胆囊炎急性发作3次及以上的共78例,其中发现胆囊壁内结石31例(39.7%);反复胆囊炎急性发作3次...

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the intramural gallstones.Methods: The clinical data of 112 patients with cholecystolithiasis were hospitalized and operated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from July 2009 to Aug 2010.The gallbladder specimens were pathologically examined in all patients.Results: A total of 35 intramural gallstones were found in 112 cases.Among the patients who were attacked by acute cholecystitis more than or equal to 3 times in their medical history,the morbidity of intramural gallstone... |
