| 摘 要： | 目的了解结核菌素纯蛋白衍生物(PPD)试验在诊断涂阴肺结核患者中的作用,以减少漏、误诊率的发生。方法选择2005年7月至2007年2月197例涂阴肺结核患者在抗结核治疗前用PPD试剂进行PPD试验和3次痰培养检查,治疗2、5、6个月进行X线胸片和痰涂片复查。结果 PPD阴性27例(13.71%),阳性170例(86.29%)。结论 PPD试验对是否感染过结核杆菌有意义,而对判断肺部病变的范围、性质无意义。
