| Abstract: | With the development of the diagnosis and treatment in abdominal trauma,laparoscopy has been more important in the surgical practice of abdominal trauma.This article presents current status,application value,indications,contraindications,potential complications and challenge of the use of laparoscopy in abdominal trauma.Also,the author points that carefully selecting trauma patients to perform the laparoscopy can make full use of the advantage of micro-invasive technique. |
